1. An elevator speech will bring your communication to a new high

A quick speech is enough. Twenty or thirty seconds about the main goals and benefits of your project. The current state, what is being done, what was done and what will be done in the future. It can and have to be adapted slightly according to who you will be talking about. However, the core message will not change. You might use your elevator speech often, at the beginning of meetings, when welcoming new team members or stakeholders to the project or during discussions around the coffee machine.
