Are you ready for your interview?

In this article, we will focus on five questions that you may be asked but that you should also ask yourself.

The best answer will be based on your own experience and inclinations. You should always be ready to elaborate on your answers by describing specific and detailed situations.

1. What kind of project do you like to work on?

Good answer

I have 5 years of experience managing IT projects, most of them had part of the scope outsourced. I always loved the feeling of managing all the separate parts and various stakeholders to obtain a solution, the whole team can stand behind, it is a feeling particularly strong for such technical projects in my opinion.

Bad answer

I like to work on all projects, they all interest me equally.

Why is this question important?

Can you handle every project? Maybe, but not with the same efficiency. You have strengths and weaknesses, this question is an occasion to show your strengths.

2. What kind of project you do not like to work on?
