A Gantt chart is one of the most popular tools used in project management. It will show you and all your stakeholders, your activities in relation to time. Your activities will be on the left side and time will be on the top.
On the left side, you will have a list of the various activities. Depending on how you like your Gantt chart, you may want to add the following::
- The ID of each activity
- When activities begin
- When activities end
- The duration of the activity
